Accessibility Committee

The work of the Accessibility Committee eased considerably with the completion of phase one of the Accessibility project. That being said, many members are still involved in various ways. Alan Ellis heads up the Lawton’s project, Barry Zwicker the Woodlawn Bonds, Ralph Sams the engraved Brick project and several are members of the new kitchen project.

Friends of Accessibility are an adhoc group who are interested in supporting the accessibility project through fundraising events like yard sales, concerts and fish chowder luncheons. Each chowder requires between 25 and 30 people to prepare veggies, make the chowder and perform the many tasks of serving the chowder. There is always a need for new involvement in these projects. If you would like to explore how you might get involved please contact Ralph 902-434-7786 or ralphsams@ns.sympatico.ca
