Devotion in Motion

Sacred Dance Ministry

We view of dance as an instrument of transformation, healing,
community building and peace making.

We explore movement as prayer,
a means to spiritual growth & connection to the Creator.

Where:  Sanctuary of Woodlawn United Church

When:  Tuesdays 7:15 to 9 p.m., September to June

Who:  Adults & older teens who wishes to explore sacred movement in a
safe & caring environment. New members, of all physical abilities, are always welcome.

How: We spend time together practicing works in progress, enjoying circle
           dances, movement prayer, meditation, support, friendship and 
           laughter. We dance in services at Woodlawn & other churches several
           times a year.
